Step-by-step reproduction instructions

  1. Install OrbitFox on a WordPress multisite installation.
  2. Create multiple sites and grant administrator access to different users.
  3. Go to Orbit Fox > General Settings > Recommended Plugins on one of the sites using the administrator credentials
Try to install/activate plugins there -> That is not possible.
I think that if the user has no right to install/activate plugins, the list of recommended plugins should not be there at all.
