Hey! I installed Mobileraker to with my Octoeverywhere subscription. I have Klipper with Fluiddpi on my raspberry pi linked to my Ender S1 Pro.
when I am on my local WiFi, everything works great and the Mobileraker app is very responsive. But once I leave the house, I’m left with the following photo, it says “trying to connect…” and won’t ever connect. My current print will show up on Live events, showing the time left on the print, and I will still receive interval 25% complete notifications, but I cannot view anything in the app.
the octoeverywhere link works perfectly and let’s me see everything, but Mobileraker is still stuck on “trying to connect…”

Hey,
the app will try to connect to the IP with a timeout you can change on the printer settings page within the app.
Since the screenshot shows that you are in a different wifi network, there is the possibility that the same IP is used in that network for something different that will cause the app to wait until the timeout is reached.
I suggest you have a look at the "Smart Switching" feature which uses the currently connected WIFI.SSID to determine if it should use the local or remote connection
