Youtube got stuck in "Restricted Mode" #3165

After running Winutil and appliying some tweaks youtube on pc gets into "restricted mode". It says my "Network administrator" put it in this mode. I am the only human on tihs pc and network. :)

I don't know which tweak caused it so I can not tğr this mode off.

Any help please?
