SCPH-90004 3.11E stuck on reading disc...

Hey there
It's been a while two years since I started trying to use FreeDVDboot.
Console

Console: SCPH-90004
Browser:: 1.40
CD Player: 2.00
PlayStation® Driver: 2.00
DVD Player: 3.11E

I tried many versions but I always failed
I've burned the disc at 8x, 4x and 2x
But there is a problem
My PS2 is modchipped and doesn't detect DVD video at all
Only games ...
I've tried using the DEV1 mode to launch uLaunchELF and it didn't work
I tried all the troubleshooting ways in the ReadME and still nothing
But I remember that I did load the uLaunchElf so I know it's possible

What happens when I try using the disc:
(Final DvD-R - burnt at 4X)

1. Sony Computer Entertainment/Splash screen
2. The screen gets black for about 5 seconds
3. I enter the browser all of a sudden where it shows my memory card (and if I don't have it connected it says "There is no data")

And when I open the lid and close it again it says "Reading disc..." And I hear the disc spinning in the console but it gets stuck and nothing happens
I left it for a long time to see if it eventually loads the DvD but it didn't

I think the problem is with the modchip because all DvD games work even those that I burn with my own computer at home and they work perfectly

I'm just tired of burning them and they get scratched and ... I wanna use something like OPL to load the games from a USB drive and play them without the need to burn each game onto a separate DvD
Also my PS2 can't read any CDs for some reason and it was like this 10 years ago, even when I bought the console

Hey friend, I had a problem, it didn't want to work either, but try this one. -Press the power button on the console many times with the DVD inside and it will open the ulancher. I hope it helps you.

Thanks Man, worked for me. Was tired trying every solution to boot up in ulancher and finally came apon your comment
