Add Unit Dropdown Feature for Item Amount in Shopping List

I would like to contribute by adding a unit dropdown feature for the item amount in the shopping list. Currently, the amount field is vague and doesn’t specify whether the quantity is in units, kilograms, liters, or other measurement types. For example, when the user adds 'Banana' with an amount of 1, it's unclear whether this means 1 unit of banana or 1 dozen. This enhancement will improve the user experience by allowing users to select the appropriate unit for each item.
