yes, i have tried reinstalling, changing the mirrors, repopulate and it still didn't works i tried everything i can, |

You can download the keyring package from the blackarch.org mirror manually and verify that the checksum matches. Set the sigLevel in your pacman.conf to Trust all. Install the before downloaded keyring package with pacmans |

No i didn't, i have tried installing it and it give the same error nothing changed, so i give a second try to repopulate it and its also same, i also tried repopulate and upgrading all of installed repo on my system including arch linux and artix repo i do full system upgrade basically hoping that packages maintained somewhere or the keys included somwhere |

Hei just spotted this you can try my suggestion maybe work in our group some of people used to have same problem later after hunt i found there some dead mirrors ( which i reported here ) causing the problem to them so i suggest remove the dead mirrors from ur /etc/pacman.d/blackarch-mirrorlist file then check ur time and date is currect or not then simple clear old downloaded temp packages in sudo rm -rf /var/cache/pacman sudo rm -rf /var/lib/pacman/sync next sudo pacman -Syu && sudo pacman -S blackarch-keyrings archlinux-keyrings && sudo pacman-key --refresh hope this can helpfull to you.... |

you can try my suggestion maybe work
in our group some of people used to have same problem
later after hunt i found there some dead mirrors ( which i reported here ) causing the problem to them
so i suggest remove the dead mirrors from ur /etc/pacman.d/blackarch-mirrorlist file then check ur time and date is currect or not
then simple clear old downloaded temp packages in sudo rm -rf /var/cache/pacman
and clear old .db files also (dont know if it have old db files from dead mirrors its better to clean)
sudo rm -rf /var/lib/pacman/sync
next sudo pacman -Syu && sudo pacman -S blackarch-keyrings archlinux-keyrings && sudo pacman-key --refresh
