Subject: [PATCH] Disables the Adhomian Circus ship. (#20052)

By recommendation of Dreamy, the circus ship was disabled due to
outdated mapping, including not having any docks for the Horizon's
shuttles, having a shuttle that is too small, and more. (I am also
unable to remap it right now, currently busy with odyssey stuff.)
