Fire Temple Softlock?

I have the spoiler.json file available, but am not sure how to upload it. I will if someone can tell me how. The seed is D8CZV7IUMN.

I am new to OoT randomizers, and I think I have softlocked myself in the Fire Temple. I'm stuck behind a locked door with no keys, and can't find a way to any of the other chests. I don't have a Boss Key yet. Can anyone give me a hint?

Edit: I am also unable to trigger the Shiek at the Temple of Time scene, even though I have beaten the Forest Temple. This is preventing me from learning Epona's Song, which is a problem because I have the cows set to give items instead of milk.

Use bow to shoot eye, chest in barred door should be key. Please use the Discord to ask these kinds of questions, github is not for support.

The chest has a gold rupee, not a key. It's hard to tell that GitHub is not for this, when google led me to many of the same types of threads.
