ADGuard home is very slow on Android devices

Hi,
I have an adguard home installed on an RP2 diet pi and it is working fine with the connected computers, but it is very slow with the phones on the network.
My first instal was on an old laptop, and I thought that it was slow as the processing time was in the 200 to 400 ms, so I moved it to a RP2 where the processing time is usually below 10 ms, but the problem persist. The internet is just slow, it would not load videos, pausein the middle of the reproductions, slow to load normal pages, games would be slow also.

But, all that is not happening on the computers that are also connected to it.

I've tried googling around but couldn't really get an answer for my issue. As this is my first report on this kind I am not quite sure what details I should also provide to help get to the problem resolution.
