I can see you transfered 41 BNC from account tNy6gMAyskwJJDj5xzDAAXbVimt7iqjJJrnqEoxpnSPwdhG on Karura to account eqsYaNjVfVSuikQZz7xB17cstXgqtnMqm7p3uW5MokAUB2G on Bifrost. You should see the BNC balance on Bifrost network. Is there any problem here ?

The bifrost address is of gate.io wallet but I did not got the token their and gate.io team does not able to find the token.
Where is the token and if you could able to provide me transaction info it will help them.

Gate.io telling me that they did not support karura_BNC why BNC is not BNC now how will I get these token in any of my usable accounts.
